Thomas Muddle is an experienced freelance sound engineer and producer based in Cheltenham, UK.  Thomas is available to hire for both live and studio work and can be contacted using the contact form on this site.

With several years of experience as a gigging and recording musician both as a solo act and with local bands Metropolis, No Atlas, bloody gums, Circuit Chase and Digging For Pedro, Thomas has developed an understanding of the needs of both artists and venues. Thomas is the resident sound engineer at Cheltenham venue 2 Pigs, where he has worked with a number of big name bands including Bury Tomorrow, Baby Godzilla, Knotslip, Milk Teeth and Woahnows. Thomas has also worked as a live sound engineer for Wychwood Festival, 2000 Trees FestivalBicester Choral and Operatic Society (on their productions of Guys & Dolls, The Magic Lamp, and Hello Dolly with Instant Light), and at various live music venues across the south of England.

An experienced user of both Logic and Cubase, Thomas recently co-produced bloody gums’ debut EP ‘Hunny Bunny‘. Previous production credits include ‘Where People Have Beenand ‘I Don’t Wanna’ by Metropolis, ‘Weather Underground‘ and ‘1995‘ by Circuit Chase, and ‘Standing Ground‘, ‘Baise L’Esprit‘ and ‘Let Go‘ by Digging For Pedro. Thomas has also completed studio work for Concert Live!.

Thomas is currently in his final year studying Popular Music at the University of Gloucestershire, a degree course which focuses heavily on audio production and the business of music.
